Job role: Factory Janitor
Rate of pay: £11.44/hour
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm
Location: Cleckheaton
First Choice are recruiting on behalf of our client, a manufacturing company based in Cleckheaton, producing precision components for use in various engineering sectors.
We are currently looking for a factory janitor to help with ensuring the facilities are kept to high standards.
Duties will include, but not limited to;
Cleaning workshop floors, both moping and using floor scrubber machine
Empty bins
Cleaning bathrooms, including floors, toilets, wash basins
Cleaning up spillages
Assisting with moving production materials around the factory, including manual handling
General duties as required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be familiar with working in a production/manufacturing environment. A good level of health & safety awareness is also important.
