​My experience with First Choice Recruitment so far has been second to none. In the first instance, the fact that Heidi and her team took the time to come out to see me was a breath of fresh air as that proved they really wanted to understand about the Role I was recruiting for as well as the environment the candidates would be working in which demonstrated to me that they care about both parties. ​Within our business we have distinctive peaks and troughs where we know we will require additional resource. We have tried many providers during this time and never really settled with one provider until we tried First Choice Recruitment.There was an obvious improvement in the standard of candidate being sent to our business and in my opinion that was down to the staff at First Choice, the interview process and the emphasis they put on communication, especially listening to what we needed. As well as being known for excellent service and results, Andy and Anne also take positive steps to contribute to the Wakefield Community, something which is really important to us at Statement.
