First Choice are recruiting for a Service Administrator for our well established client, based in Pontefract.
Duties:
Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
Maintain and update office records and files
Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate engineer's appointments
Create quotations
Liaise with subcontractors
Liaising with engineers
Raising invoices
Provide administrative support to the team as needed
