Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and available resources
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely production and delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust production schedules as needed
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure availability of raw materials and components
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of production schedules, inventory levels, and production reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Scheduler or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes and supply chain management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
- Proficient in using scheduling software and other relevant tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm
