Monday to Friday 35 hours (9-5 with an hour for lunch)
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our client's team in a prestigious law firm in central Wakefield. Experience within a Legal environment is not necessary, although advantageous. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Organise and maintain paper and electronic files
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with legal staff to support administrative needs
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in clerical and administrative duties
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and quickly
- Competent in computerised systems for data entry
