The heatwave has hit us, which is great until it turns your workplace into a furnace! Finding ways to stay cool and maintain your energy levels is essential. One of the best strategies is to keep a stash of refreshing and easy-to-make snacks on hand. Here are some quick and convenient snacks that will help you beat the heat without the worry of them melting away.

1. Frozen Grapes

Frozen grapes are like little popsicles that are naturally sweet and incredibly refreshing. They don’t melt quickly, making them perfect for a hot workplace environment.

How to Prepare: Wash and dry a bunch of grapes, spread them out on a baking sheet, and freeze them until solid. Transfer them to a resealable bag and store them in the office freezer for an easy, grab-and-go treat.

2. Veggie Sticks and Hummus

How to Make It: Brew coffee and chill it overnight. Serve over ice with a splash of milk or cream. There are also plenty of ‘on the go’ iced coffees in most supermarkets which are a fraction of the price compared to the big coffee chains!
